We are a smaller program for men in southern California. With a dedicated therapist and case manager for each client, we tailor the treatment experience to the specific needs and circumstances of the individual. Everyone has their own goals in life. Our team helps create a path to achieving those goals and helps to identify the actions it takes to reach them.
Life is ever-changing! Learning to control the things that can be controlled lays the foundation every single day to be present, productive, and happy. Our program provides a safe and supportive environment to practice the daily routines that keep us sober. Everyone is a little bit different. We work as a team to find what works and feels right.
Clients meet with a therapist one on one at least once a week. In these sessions our clients work on past trauma and address mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. Our therapists work closely with our case managers to provide coping skills and direction specific to a client’s goals so they have the tools to be self-sufficient.
The journey of learning how to live life free of drugs and alcohol is best taken with friends. Group therapy sessions allow for a variety of perspectives. They provide the opportunity to help others in areas they may struggle. We have a community here. We get sober together, we support and uplift one another. We have fun together. We learn how to connect to others.
The wreckage of the past is often waiting for those who get clean and sober. Our therapists work with families to rebuild relationships. Please know that this can be a slow process. As our client’s progress and start to earn back the trust that’s often been lost, family therapy sessions can allow for a moderated integration back into the lives of your loved ones.
Building life skills is crucial for success and personal growth. Life skills encompass a wide range of abilities, including communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and self-discipline. Our team helps assist with resume building, job search, continuing education, and managing finances. developing these skills, individuals can better navigate the complexities of everyday life, build stronger relationships, and achieve their goals.
We are three guys who got and stayed clean and sober in southern California. We created a treatment program based on what we do on a daily basis to feed our mind, body, and spirit. We aim to help those seeking freedom from active addiction & alcoholism by providing a structured and supportive community where you or your loved one can practice new habits and routines.
