Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides men with ongoing support, accountability, and practical tools to create meaningful change in Southern California. With a focus on mental health, personal growth, and healthy routines, clients receive the guidance they need while continuing to manage work, family, and everyday responsibilities.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for men who need ongoing mental health support while maintaining the flexibility to work, attend school, care for family, or manage other daily responsibilities. This program allows men to receive structured treatment, therapy, and support without putting their lives on hold. Clients attend scheduled programming throughout the week, participating in individual therapy, group therapy, mental health education, life skills development, and wellness-focused activities while continuing to live at home and maintain personal responsibilities.
Constant stress, overthinking, panic, and worry can make daily life feel overwhelming. We help men develop healthy coping skills and regain a sense of control.
Depression can affect motivation, relationships, confidence, and overall well being. Our program helps men address the underlying causes and build a healthier path forward.
Living with extreme shifts in mood and energy can be challenging. We provide support, structure, and therapeutic tools to help men manage symptoms and improve stability.
Past experiences can continue to impact mental health long after they occur. We help men process trauma, build resilience, and develop healthier ways to move forward.
Work, family, relationships, and everyday responsibilities can take a toll over time. Our program helps men manage stress and create a more balanced lifestyle.
Mental health and substance use often go hand in hand. We help men address both issues together while building a strong foundation for long term recovery.
At California Treatment Collective, individual therapy gives men one on one time with a therapist to work through challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or feeling stuck. These sessions provide a safe space to be honest, gain perspective, and build practical tools for everyday life.
At California Treatment Collective, group therapy gives men the chance to connect with others who understand what they’re going through. These sessions encourage honest conversations, support, accountability, and real connection while helping men build confidence and stronger communication skills.
Mental health and addiction challenges can affect the whole family. Family therapy provides a safe space for clients and their loved ones to improve communication, rebuild trust, and work through challenges together while creating healthier relationships moving forward.
